Warriors' Porzingis expected back at practice facility Tuesday
Per ESPN, head coach Steve Kerr says the veteran center should be at the team's facility Tuesday afternoon.

Slow news day on the Warriors beat, Bay Area, but I'll take it. One item, and it's a good one.
The one that matters
Kristaps Porzingis is expected to be back at the Golden State Warriors' practice facility Tuesday afternoon, per ESPN, which reported it Monday evening and credited the word to Kerr himself.
That's the whole report. It doesn't say why he's coming in, what he'll be doing or when he might play, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. My take: a veteran big man showing up at the facility is a small bit of news, but it's the kind of small bit of news that has this fan base checking the schedule twice. Expect the questions to start the second anyone with a microphone gets near him.
Is it a big deal? Honestly, I don't know yet. The bigger question is what comes next, and that's something we'll all find out together once there's more than one line of reporting to chew on.
Around the league, not about us
ESPN also put out a free agency grades piece and a rundown of the court designs for the 2026 NBA Cup, which runs Oct. 30 to Dec. 11. Neither says anything specific about the Warriors, so I'm leaving them in the parking lot where they belong.
Come back when there's more. For now, the headline is simple: Porzingis is expected at the facility Tuesday, and Kerr is the one saying so.
